As a survivor of abuse, your voice and agency were inaccessible during the time of harm. Healing is a journey toward reclaiming your voice and agency.
When we offer resources from professionals, organizations, or authors, we are providing information for you to consider. We do not endorse any specific resource, and we honour and respect each survivor's individual process in determining whether the information from these resources is trustworthy and suitable for their personal journey.
